If you're a fan of the GT-R, here's your opportunity to own a pristine example of the rare 2021 Nissan GT-R50.

The GT-R50 first came out as a concept car in 2018 to celebrate both the 50th anniversary of the GT-R nameplate and Italdesign's design house founding. The car was met with so much excitement that Nissan decided to build a limited supply of 50 units. Despite the fact that COVID caused production to be disrupted, the manufacturer shut down order books in July of this year. Because it took the automaker so long to close the order books, it is possible that demand never reached 50 units.

This car is the 11th example made, though only 19 were ever produced according to Legendary Motor Car. Certainly, the car's $1,165,000 base price would only allow the most dedicated of R35 customers a chance to own one. That is a significant quantity of money, but the effort put in by Nissan and Italdesign is incredible.

Nissan's GT-R50 retains a V6, but it has been enhanced by Nismo to produce 710 horsepower (529 kW) and 575 pound-ft (780 Nm). The Liquid Silver metallic paint on this example was an extra €25,000 ($24,522) option. The original owner also spent €35,000 ($34,331) on a hydraulic rear wing.

This car has never been driven and only has delivery miles, according to Legendary Motorcar. The original factory price for this car was $1.1 million, but the current asking price from Legendary Motor Cars is unknown. It is amusing to see how much money this incredible vehicle will earn.
