With its sharp Pininfarina-designed features, as well as the crossover and hatchback combination that blurs the distinction between these two conventional body types, the Foxtron Model B appears to be very of-the-time. The car's headlights are certainly unusual looking, and its full-width front light bar is eye-catching. In other words, it doesn't deviate from what has become the norm for cars nowadays.
Foxtron Model B
Though details are sparse, we do know that it will be built on Foxconn's own open-source MiH (short for Mobility in Harmony) electric car platform. The company believes that this will allow them to be "the Android of electric vehicles." In approximately one week's time, more details will be released during the official reveal.
What we can say with confidence is that the intention is to start production in 2024 of this vehicle at the Ohio factory it purchased from Lordstown GM. The Foxtron Model B will not only be made in the United States, however; it will also go into production one year ahead of the US, in China, in 2023.
