The dual-motor, all-wheel drive family hauler comes complete with air suspension and massaging seats for the ultimate experience. And even though it doesn't have a combustion engine that would need cooling, the people mover still has a huge fake grille referred to as the "Spring of Light," which has 154 programmable LEDs.

Zeekr is a Chinese automaker that was founded by Geely last year. The company serves as the conglomerate's premium brand separate from Volvo. After unveiling the 001 swoopy wagon, Zeekr is taking the wraps off the boldly styled 009 minivan.

With a length of 5209 mm (205 in), width of 2024 mm (80 in), and height of 1867 mm (74 in), the Zeekr 009 is an imposingly large car. Its generous wheelbase of 3205 mm (126 in) creates extra space compared to standard cars, allowing for three rows with 2+2+2 seating or an optional 2+2 executive configuration.

The Zeekr 009 tips the scales at a whopping 2,830 kilograms (6,239 pounds). Although it's one of the heaviest EVs on the market, it can go from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in only four and a half seconds. This is made possible through its dual-motor setup with a combined 536 horsepower.

Zeekr has fit its all-wheel drive (AWD) minivan with a large 140-kWh lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt battery pack developed by CATL. According to the China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle (CLTC), this batter will last for 511 miles (822 kilometers).

The 009 has a really impressive range. But that's not all--it also has air suspension for a really smooth ride and the biggest one-piece die-cast aluminum structure used in any road-going car. The massive piece is mounted at the back and it measures 1400 mm (55 in) long and 1600 mm (57 in) wide.

The inside of the car is more plain than its striking exterior, but it has some captivating features as well. For example, there's a 15.6-inch screen attached to the roof, voice recognition for every passenger,  a large 585 cm2 table, an in-car communication system, and massaging seats upholstered in soft Nappa leather.

The 009 minivan by Zeekr is being marketed as the safest car in the world, and for good reason. 30 driver assistant functions come standard with each vehicle. This electric family car also comes equipped with 12 short-range ultrasonic radars, one ultra-long-range wave radar, four 2MP surround view cameras, and seven 8 MP HD cameras.

The striking Zeekr 009 will be available for purchase next year in China. Price will be announced at a later time.
