As we reported earlier, the Prytula Foundation originally wanted to raise 200 million hryvnia ($5.4 million) to buy fifty FV103 Spartan armored personnel carriers in Great Britain. However, by the end of the campaign's second day of fundraising, it had already collected 236 million hryvnia ($6.4 million), as reported by the charitable foundation.

Sergey Pritula was extremely grateful to everyone who made donations both in and outside of Ukraine. He continued, saying that UAH 230 million will go towards purchasing armored personnel carriers. The spare 6 million will be set aside for the next crowdfunding to buy more armored vehicles for the AFU.
The armored personnel carriers will be delivered soon from Great Britain to Ukraine so that the Ukrainian military can use them.
The FV103 Spartan is a tracked armored personnel carrier that entered service with the British Army in 1978. It can carry up to seven people, including three crew members. It is armed with one 7.62 mm machine gun, and it is equipped with a 4.2-liter Jaguar gasoline engine or a 5.9-liter Cummins turbodiesel.
In 2022, the UK transferred 35 Spartan armored personnel carriers to Ukraine as part of technical assistance to the Ukrainian military. Thanks to the money raised from crowdfunding, it was possible to buy almost twice as many vehicles.
