McDonald's didn't cut any corners with its new prize giveaway this week. The Great Golden Throne, part of the promotion for the launch of McDonald's McCrispy chicken sandwich in the United Kingdom, looks amazing. Of course, not everyone is a fan of the sandwich itself--but who can resist a chance to sit on a golden throne?
The ergonomic, plush-looking chair comes with dual side trays. One tray is for holding a large box of golden McDonald's fries and the other is for keeping sandwiches warm. The fry holder side of the chair also has twin slots carved out to hold a pair of dipping sauces. Drink and napkin holders are included as well.
The McCrispy Ultimate Gaming Chair comes with a stain-resistant leather treatment and a branded towel, so gamers can be confident their chairs will withstand sweaty sessions and greasy fingers. A small black pillow attached to the headrest means that, in a pinch, the chair could also potentially be used as a bed sleeping arrangement.
The giveaway includes one gaming chair, but McDonald's didn't announce any information about the designer or if they plan to make more chairs.
