In Norway, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has created and built an office chair with several features from their cars. The chair can drive on its own, has LED lights, driver assistance, and an infotainment system — giving office workers a taste of what people who use a car for work experience every day.

After months of patient work and testing, the one-of-a-kind chair was finally launched recently. With an estimated range of 12 km, it's designed for office workers who need to commute between coffee machines and meetings frequently throughout the day. Plus, with a top speed of 20 km/h, users will never have to worry about being late for lunch again!

The LED lights are the primary feature of this chair's exterior. They give the recognizable Volkswagen look, and headlights were put in to brighten up evening hours. For fun office festivities, this chair is equipped with multi-colored Office Party Lights.

The chair has a useful trunk in the back that is perfect for storing things like a laptop, quarterly reports, and other documents related to your job. If you have more documents than the trunk can handle, don't worry - the trailer hitch makes it easy to transport them all around the office. This car has a rear-view camera, sensors on all sides, signal lights, a stereo, a seat heater and other features most people expect in a commercial vehicle.

The chair will be available for testing in different locations throughout Norway over the next few months.
