Jeep is holding a contest to name the new mid-size Wagoneer S BEV. The prize is a $40,000 vacation.

Jeep confirmed that it was planning a mid-size Wagoneer BEV during its 4xe Day on September 8, 2022. Currently, the car is code-named the Wagoneer "S" but Jeep wants its many fans to give it an official name before it launches in 2024.

The naming contest for the all-electric Wagoneer is already underway. The winner will get an all-expenses paid six-day ski trip adventure to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for four people. The grand prize includes airfare, lodging, lift tickets, rentals, guide or instruction and a $1,000 gift card to the retail store (valued at $40,000).

To enter the contest, submit your suggestions to namethenewwagoneer.com. Everyone is invited to use their creativity and name the first-ever all-electric Wagoneer. Be sure and follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the entry form, along with a 50-character (perhaps a shorter title would be better) name for the new Wagoneer SUV model.

Only permanent legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of adulthood in their state can enter. The contest will end on Friday, December 2, 2022.

Jeep has said that the smaller Wagoneer S will help Jeep grow the Wagoneer family. The premium SUV will only be built as an all-electric vehicle. Jeep intends for the Wagoneer S to have 600 horsepower, a range of 400 miles and do 0-60mph in about 3.5 seconds. It is supposed to be built in North America. The electric SUV will eventually be sold globally.
