Hycan unveiled the V09, a sci-fi-style MPV with 380 kW fast charging, at the Guangzhou Auto Show

Hycan has unveiled the V09, its first multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), at the 2022 Guangzhou Auto Show in China. The V09 is a large, pure electric MPV that is based on the company's Concept-M car and sits on the H-GEA platform.

Though Hycan did not release size information about the vehicle, it stated that the maximum vertical space inside the cockpit is 1288mm and the front and rear space in the cabin is 2834mm. The V09 is equipped with five-spoke wheels and sliding doors, and features a futuristic design with exaggerated headlights and LED daytime running lights.

 

 

The car is also equipped with 24 sensors that enable level 2+ driving assistance functions, as well as dual Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chips for multiple screen interactions in the front and rear rows.

 

 

The V09 comes with an 800V high-voltage system and energy management system that supports 380 kW super fast charging, allowing for a 200km cruising range with a 5-minute charging time and an energy density of 257 Wh/kg, for a cruising range exceeding 750 km.
