BMW 7 Series passengers can now stream Bundesliga on rear 31.1-inch screen while on the move
The automaker has partnered with DFL Deutsche Football Liga, the organization behind the Bundesliga championship, to offer selected content and live games to customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and several other countries.
Passengers in the rear seats of the 7 Series equipped with the BMW Theater Screen can now enjoy the games on a massive 31.3-inch panoramic display. Live streaming is made possible through the luxury sedan's built-in 5G-enabled antenna.
The Bundesliga streaming service has also been available for the iX since March 2023. The X5, X6, and X7 will receive it later this month.
The BMW Bundesliga In-Car App can be downloaded from the Fire TV app store, and there is no restriction for passengers in the rear seats to enjoy the games.
The program is initially scheduled to run until the end of March next year, and depending on feedback and customer interest, BMW might expand its coverage.
