Forza Motorsport is set to release this year with a range of accessibility features that will make one of the most inclusive racing game ever developed.

Turn 10 Studios, the game's developer, has worked hard to make it accessible to as many people as possible. Among the revolutionary features included in this Gran Turismo rival are Blind Driving Assists, designed for those with low or no vision.

These features offer supplementary audio cues to help visually impaired players navigate the tracks of Forza Motorsport. Players will be able to listen to detailed descriptions and previews of the audio cues they will encounter on the track. They will also receive important information about their position, orientation, approach, and progress through turns, as well as vital details about their car, such as how much deceleration is needed.

The Blind Driving Assists feature set was created in close partnership with accessibility consultant and blind gamer, Brandon Cole, and the audio team at Turn 10.

In addition to Blind Driving Assists, Forza Motorsport will also feature One Touch Driving. This feature allows players to customize their control settings with automatic shifting, enhanced steering and braking assists, throttle and pit entry assists, and more. It is designed for players who may have difficulty pressing multiple buttons simultaneously, gripping a controller, or maintaining button pressure.

Forza Motorsport will also offer Screen Narration, which players can adjust to suit their individual preferences and informational needs. The narrator's voice and volume, pitch, and speed controls can be customized. Other accessibility features include Dynamic Audio Description, Text-to-Speech/Speech-to-Text, UI Colorblindness Modes, World Colorblindness Filters, and many more.

Forza Motorsport will be available on Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S consoles, Windows PC, Steam, and Cloud Gaming (Beta) this year. However, the official launch date has not been announced yet.
