Ford is set to expand its electric vehicle lineup in Europe with the introduction of a new electric van, the E-Tourneo Courier. The official unveiling of the vehicle is scheduled for May 15, and it is expected to follow in the footsteps of the E-Transit Courier.
Ford Teases New E-Tourneo Courier Electric Passenger Van for Europe

While specific details about the E-Tourneo Courier remain under wraps, Ford's teaser image reveals some key design elements. The model showcases a fully enclosed grille and appears to have a crossover-inspired design, possibly indicating an Active variant. The exterior features plastic body cladding and a faux skid plate, adding to its rugged appeal.

Although only the front end is shown in the teaser, spy photographers previously captured images of the internal combustion engine-powered counterpart. The ICE version boasts a boxy design with an angular greenhouse, an edgy shoulder line, sliding rear doors, a flat roof, and vertical taillights.

Inside the cabin, the E-Tourneo Courier is expected to maintain a straightforward and minimalist styling approach. A 12-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12-inch infotainment system are likely to be included. The vehicle will also feature minimalist switchgear and a unique "squircle" steering wheel, designed to optimize legroom for the driver.

Drawing similarities from the E-Transit Courier, the E-Tourneo Courier could be equipped with an electric motor producing 134 horsepower (100 kW / 136 PS). While Ford Europe has kept additional specifications under wraps, the E-Transit Courier is anticipated to support DC fast charging of up to 100 kW. This capability enables the van to achieve a range of 54 miles (87 km) in just 10 minutes and a charge from 10% to 80% in less than 35 minutes.
