Hong Kong-based e-bike brand Urtopia has unveiled its latest model, the Chord, in the European market. With its sleek design and urban-oriented features, the Chord is designed to make traveling in the city a more comfortable experience.

Urtopia, a renowned electric bicycle specialist based in Hong Kong, has gained a reputation for its elegant and stylish e-bikes. The Chord is the newest addition to their lineup, showcasing their commitment to innovative design and practicality.

The Urtopia Chord is a city commuter e-bike that combines minimalist styling with everyday practicality. Inspired by the piano, its black-on-white motif exudes a clean and classy aesthetic. The Chord is available in two frame designs: standard and semi-open step-through, known as the Chord X.

The Urtopia Chord features a 20-lux headlight, an intuitive handlebar-mounted display, and comfortable ergonomics. The battery, placed on the top tube rather than the down tube, contributes to its streamlined aesthetic. Weighing just 21 kilograms, the Chord offers a balance of elegance and functionality.

Powered by a 353-watt-hour battery pack, the Chord boasts a range of up to 120 km (75 miles) on a single charge. It incorporates an eight-speed Shimano drivetrain and a rear hub motor with a maximum torque rating of 45 newton-meters. The Chord also boasts a range of advanced features, including fingerprint recognition unlocking, voice commands, built-in GPS for navigation and real-time geolocation, and the ability to stream music via Bluetooth.

The Urtopia Chord is available in the European market at a retail price of 2,299 Euros ($2,518 USD). For a limited time, Urtopia is offering a promotional discount of 300 Euros ($329 USD), which includes a one-year eSIM package and mudguards.
