Porsche has recently unveiled its latest offerings in the eBike segment, two cutting-edge models: the Cross Performance and the Cross Performance EXC. With price tags averaging around $14,800, these new bikes combine exquisite design with high-performance features.

To develop these eBikes, Porsche joined forces with Rotwild, renowned manufacturers of top-of-the-line electric mountain bicycles. The design of the Cross Performance and Cross Performance EXC draws inspiration from the sleek lines of Porsche's iconic 911 and Taycan models. Both eBikes are equipped with a Shimano EP-801 electric motor and a 630 Wh battery pack, ensuring powerful and efficient performance.

Boasting a shared carbon frame, these models feature a 100 mm spring deflection, a Fox 34 Float Factory fork with 120 mm of travel, and a Flat DPS air damper. Additionally, they are equipped with a Shimano XT Di2 12-speed derailleur and Magura MT7 disc brakes with four pistons on both the front and rear wheels, guaranteeing excellent braking capabilities.

Crankbrothers contributes to the overall excellence of these eBikes by providing the Synthesis enduro carbon wheels and the Highline 3 Telescopic seat post. While the two models share many similarities, their key distinction lies in customizability. The Cross Performance is available in a single color, Silver, while the EXC version can be built to order in any of the six stunning Porsche Original vehicle colors.

With a suggested retail price of $14,250, the Cross Performance stands as the flagship model, closely followed by the EXC at $15,350. These eBikes lead the Porsche eBike lineup, which also includes the eBike Sport and the eBike Cross. Moving forward, all Porsche eBikes will benefit from the powerful Shimano EP-801 motor.

Porsche enthusiasts and cycling aficionados can easily find these exceptional eBikes online at Porsche's official store. Alternatively, customers have the option to place an order at selected Porsche centers and Porsche Design stores. Notably, these eBikes are not mere rebranded Rotwild models; they boast unique frames tailored exclusively to Porsche's renowned lineup.
