The 2024 Mitsubishi Colt is essentially a badge-engineered version of the recently facelifted Clio, with minor changes to the grille, bumpers, and lights.
The powertrains of the Colt are inherited from the Clio and Dacia Sandero. The base version features a naturally aspirated 1.0-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine with 66 horsepower, while the turbocharged version has 90 horsepower. The top-of-the-range hybrid model combines a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter engine with an electric motor, resulting in a combined output of 141 horsepower.

The Colt offers different transmission options depending on the model, including a five-speed manual gearbox for the base version, a six-speed unit for the turbo model, and an automatic transmission for the hybrid.
The interior of the Colt is similar to the Clio, with the main difference being the Mitsubishi logo on the steering wheel. It offers various infotainment options, including a seven-inch touchscreen or a larger 9.3-inch display, as well as amenities such as a wireless charging pad and a Bose sound system.
The Colt will be produced by Renault starting in September, with the market launch planned for the fall.
