However, drawing from the precedent set by its predecessor, the prior M2 CS was furnished with an exclusive exhaust system and a hood fortified with carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP), significantly trimming its weight in contrast to a steel counterpart. The model also exhibited a more dynamic suspension setup and a diverse selection of other CFRP constituents, notably including a lightweight roof.
Exploring the interior is currently thwarted by the veil of secrecy maintained by the spy photographers. Yet, it's reasonable to anticipate a familiar cabin design encompassing measures aimed at weight reduction. Following the template of its forerunner, the interior could potentially feature Alcantara upholstery, CFRP elements, and a profusion of CS branding.
