The reveal highlights five out of the 20 tracks that will serve as playgrounds for racing enthusiasts: These tracks include Grand Oak Raceway, Kyalami Grand Prix, Road America, Eaglerock Speedway, and the nostalgic return of Maple Valley.
Maple Valley will resonate with fans who have followed the franchise from earlier versions of the game such as the original Forza Motorsport (2005), Forza Motorsport 2, Forza Motorsport 3, and Forza Motorsport 4. All five new videos can be watched on Forza's official YouTube channel.
In addition to the racetracks, Forza Motorsport boasts an impressive collection of over 500 cars, including more new race cars than ever before. Of these vehicles, over 100 are making their first appearance in the game, and there are even more possibilities for customization, with 800 unique upgrades available.
Chris Esaki, Turn 10 Studios' Creative Director, proudly proclaims Forza Motorsport as "the most technically advanced racing game ever made."
As promised, the game features 4k resolution at a smooth 60 frames per second, enhanced by ray tracing for unparalleled visual fidelity. Advanced dynamic time-of-day settings shift races from day to night, while state-of-the-art weather models include everything from rain to the fluid evolution of clouds. Your performance is reflected on the tracks as rubber builds up over time, changing the track conditions with every lap.
Forza Motorsport's sound design is equally impressive, with support for Dolby Atmos that envelops players in a symphony of engine roars and environmental acoustics. Each car's unique engine notes are brought to life, and the audio environment responds with echoes and reverberations. The creators even paid attention to detail by including regional voices for track announcers, adding an authentic touch.
The video game will be released on October 10th of this year.
