The Automobili Pininfarina B95 is a €4.4 million ($4.8 million) creation that was unveiled as part of the Monterey Car Week. The novelty is limited to just 10 units and shares its powertrain with the Pininfarina Battista.

The exclusive open-air two-seater has a beautiful silhouette that uses Pininfarina's current PURA design philosophy and looks comparatively simple compared to the body of the Battista. The front end is dominated by the protruding splitter and the slim LED headlights, which sit on a low-slung fascia that gradually rises to the pronounced front fenders and a hood with vertical veins.

What sets the B95 apart from most other Speedsters and Barchettas launched in recent years is the fact that both the driver and passenger have unique, electronically adjustable aero screens. Inspired by vintage fighter planes, they are made of clear polycarbonate with exposed aluminum supports and can be easily raised and lowered for improved comfort.

The example headed to Monterey is finished primarily in a shade of gray known as Bronzo Superga, which is contrasted by Giallo Arneis yellow accents on the front and driver's side pillar. The car also features numerous carbon fiber accents and is equipped with 20-inch front and 21-inch rear forged aluminum wheels painted in matte black with exposed aluminum outer surfaces. The brake calipers are finished in Giallo Arneis.

Pininfarina has made sure that the interior of the B95 is as special as the exterior. A sculpted carbon fiber dashboard with a floating wing design catches the eye and is trimmed in Tan Sustainable Luxury Leather. The seats have the same leather finish, while the headrests are Pied de Poule Houndstooth Luxury Textile with black and white elements.

As you would expect from a vehicle costing this much, customers are offered virtually endless customization and personalization options when ordering their B95.

Like the Battista, the Pininfarina B95 is powered by a 120 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that drives four electric motors for a total of 1,874 horsepower. It can reach 60 mph (96 km/h) in less than 2 seconds and has a top speed of more than 186 mph (300 km/h). The battery can be charged from 20-80% in as fast as 25 minutes.

Production of the Pininfarina B95 will begin in 2025, the same year the company celebrates its 95th anniversary.
