Scheduled for a late November rollout, the F-150 Lightning aims to demonstrate its versatility—fit for urban settings, natural landscapes, and the demanding roads of the Swiss Alps.
For its Swiss debut, the electric truck will be offered in the upscale Lariat trim featuring a "Super Crew Cab" double cab configuration. It will come with all-wheel drive, 20-inch wheels, and will be available in "Antimatter Blue Metallic" color.
Powering the F-150 Lightning is a lithium-ion battery comprised of NMC cells (nickel, manganese, cobalt). The advanced battery pack provides a usable capacity of 98 kWh. The truck features dual electric motors generating 337 kW/458 hp and 1,050 Nm of torque, with an electric range of up to 429 kilometers according to the combined WLTP cycle.

Measuring 6.29 meters in length, 2.06 meters in width, and 2 meters in height, this fully electric pickup can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under five seconds. Charging from 15% to 80% can be done in just 39 minutes using a 150 kW DC fast charger.
Ford states that the F-150 Lightning's towing capacity of up to 3.5 tons and a payload of 600 kilograms make it "ideal for commercial use, a ski trip with the entire family - including the grandparents, or a fishing trip with a boat."
Orders for the Ford F-150 Lightning in Switzerland will open in November, with pricing set at 127,000 Swiss francs (132,292 euros).
