Under the hood, the twin-turbo V8 of the Urus will be supplemented by electric power. While specifics are under wraps, it's worth noting that Porsche's Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, riding on the same MLB Evo platform from the VW Group, boasts 729 horsepower and 700 pound-feet of torque – figures the Urus is expected to exceed.
The Urus is anticipated not only to be more powerful than its Porsche counterpart but also to carry a heftier price. There’s speculation about a new high-performance variant of the Urus, possibly with an astounding 820 horsepower.

Inside, changes to the Urus are subtle, with an enhanced lower display and rearranged buttons on the center console, as revealed in July’s spy shots.
Lamborghini has announced a 2024 launch for the plug-in hybrid Urus, marking a stride in their goal to electrify their lineup by 2025. This initiative also includes the recently debuted Revuelto, a supercar with a V12 engine augmented by three electric motors to produce 1,001 horsepower.
Additionally, the company is developing a hybrid successor to the Huracan. While it's uncertain whether this will involve downsizing to a V8 engine, recent spy footage suggests the engine note may deviate from the Huracan's signature naturally aspirated V10.
