For five days during peak winter, the all-new IONIQ 5 N will be showcased in Rjukan, Norway and surrounding areas, known as the darkest place in Europe. During this time, a select group of participants will have the exclusive opportunity to test drive the new model.
The company is exploring the field of neuroscience by observing how driving the all-electric sports car positively affects the mind and body. Before and after each test drive, a neuroscientist will measure biological and neurological changes in the drivers. For the first time, scientific data will record and support the claim that with the IONIQ 5 N, customers 'never just drive'.
"This experiment underscores Hyundai’s commitment to not only meeting the pragmatic mobility needs of our customers but also addressing their emotional aspirations with innovation.", - said Andreas-Christoph Hofmann, Vice President Marketing, Product & PR at Hyundai Motor Europe.
The experiment will be conducted during the remaining days of February this year.
