Potential powertrain variants derived from its sedan counterpart - the Luxeed S7 - suggest impressive specifications. The rear-wheel-drive option may feature a 215 kW (288 horsepower) motor whereas the all-wheel-drive version might escalate up to 365 kW (489 horsepower). Different battery options are available ranging from Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) at 62 kWh to Nickel-Manganese-Cobalt (NMC) at 100 kWh.
Huawei's role extends beyond hardware; they provide pivotal parts and software for the vehicle while also leveraging their sales networks through flagship stores and HIMA stores for distribution. Meanwhile, Chery's responsibilities lie in utilizing their expertise in modular architectures along with managing overall production processes.
