Alonso worked closely with Aston Martin's bespoke service, Q, to design his dream machine. The exterior sports a sleek Satin Aston Martin Racing Green finish with AMR Satin Lime graphics. The venturi tunnels pop with Speed Red and Light and Dark Blue accents.
Inside, the car features Pure Black Alcantara with contrasting AMR Line stitching. Alonso's personal touch shines through with his logo embroidered on the headrests. The accelerator pedal got a special treatment too - it's anodized red and bears his racing number, 14.

Alonso couldn't contain his excitement about the new ride:
"It's hard to put into words how much I have been looking forward to this day. To sit at the wheel of my own Valkyrie; one that I have worked on designing so closely with the team at Q by Aston Martin is certainly a day to remember. Valkyrie truly is an F1 car for the road, with so much of the knowledge and technology taken from all the experience Aston Martin has on track and I can't wait to hit the road."
The Valkyrie's design comes from the mind of Adrian Newey, who created it while Red Bull Racing had ties with Aston Martin. Alonso joined the Aston Martin F1 team after the Valkyrie was announced but managed to snag one for himself.
Speaking of Newey, rumors are swirling about Aston Martin's efforts to recruit him. He's currently working exclusively at Red Bull, but reports suggest Aston Martin has offered him an annual pay package of over $20 million. The team seems determined to bring top talent on board as they aim for F1 glory.
