The production-spec Toyota bZ3C is closely resembles the prototype shown five months ago, with production slated to begin in late 2024.

According to China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the bZ3C measures 4,780 mm (188 inches) in length, 1,866 mm (73.4 inches) in width, and stands 1,510 mm (59.4 inches) tall. Its wheelbase stretches to 2,880 mm (113.3 inches), and it weighs 1,920 kg (4,232 lbs). The design is inspired by other Toyota models but includes unique features, such as lobster-claw-shaped LED headlights connected by a light bar.

One notable design change is the removal of the small black air vents on the front quarter panels, which were present on the prototype shown at the Beijing Auto Show in April. However, other design elements, like the split roof spoiler, LED taillights, and flush door handles, remain the same.

The technical specs are impressive. The bZ3C will be powered by a lithium-iron-phosphate battery from BYD's FinDream division, offering a range of 500-600 km (310-372 miles) on the CTLC cycle. A single 268-hp (200 kW) motor will propel the vehicle to a top speed of 99 mph (160 km/h). Buyers can choose between 18-inch and 21-inch wheels, and a LiDAR system will be available as an option.

Though the interior hasn't been shown in the latest images, earlier photos revealed a digital instrument cluster, large infotainment display, floating center console, and ambient lighting.
