The ID. Buzz Freestyle sits on a short 2.99-meter wheelbase and stretches 4.71 meters long. It packs a 125 kW (170 hp) electric motor and a 59 kWh battery, giving it a range between 313 and 329 kilometers.
When it comes to charging, the Freestyle can handle up to 165 kW via CCS for DC fast charging and 11 kW for AC charging. Performance-wise, it zips from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.7 seconds and tops out at 145 km/h.
Inside, there's plenty of room for family and cargo. The luggage compartment offers 1,121 liters of space up to the rear seat top, expanding to 1,581 liters with the rear seat up. Fold down the second row, and you've got 2,232 mm of length to play with.
Volkswagen kept things simple on the outside. The standard color is Candy White, but buyers can opt for Mono Silver Metallic for an extra 1,035 euros. The van rolls on 18-inch steel wheels, though 19-inch alloys are available for about 2,500 euros per set. One unique touch: Freestyle stickers decorate the door undersides.

Volkswagen priced the ID. Buzz Freestyle at 49,997 euros, just sneaking under the 50,000 euro mark. The company hopes this more attainable price point will boost sales of its zero-emission family hauler.
