Skoda's introducing a spiced-up version of its Fabia hatchback for Spanish drivers. The Skoda Fabia Rally2 was created to honor José Antonio “Cohete” Suárez, an Asturian rally driver who won the Spanish Rally Super Championship (S-CER) in 2021 and 2023

This special Fabia packs a punch with its souped-up engine. The 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder now cranks out 190 horsepower and 290 Nm of torque. That's a bump of 40 hp and 40 Nm over the standard model, thanks to some tweaking from ABT Sportsline. The power flows through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox to the front wheels.

Skoda's given the Rally2 a sportier stance by lowering it 15 mm. It rolls on black 17-inch OZ Racing Superturismo WRC wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires. The car stands out with its Mamba Green paint, a color usually reserved for Skoda's RS models. A rear spoiler and matte black rear mudguards add to the rally-inspired look.

There's no mistaking this for a regular Fabia. ABT emblems adorn the front fenders, while the tailgate sports Rally2 and 'Cohete' Suarez badges. The rear pillar shows off a laurel wreath celebrating Suárez's Spanish Rally Super Championship wins in 2021 and 2023.

Inside, drivers get a sporty steering wheel with paddle shifters and black upholstery. A Rally2 emblem and a numbered plate with Suárez's signature make each car feel special.

Skoda's only making 100 of these Rally2 editions, and they're selling them exclusively in Spain for €30,900. Deliveries start in March 2025. For early birds, there's a cool bonus: the chance to ride shotgun with 'Cohete' Suárez himself in a Fabia RS Rally2 at a special event.
