Transporter DoKa represents the seventh generation of the VW Transporter, which debuted in 2024 and was developed jointly with Ford. The double-cab pickup with an open platform is based on the platform of the new Transit Custom.
DoKa features an extended wheelbase of 3,500 mm and an overall length of 5,613 mm - 263 mm longer than the Amarok. Thanks to the short hood, most of the increase goes into the body, which measures 2,169 mm in length and 1,945 mm in width.
As for payload capacity, the diesel version is rated at 736 kg, while the electric version can carry up to 785 kg.
The base version of DoKa is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo diesel, available in two versions: 110 or 150 hp (81/110 kW). Drive can be front or all-wheel, transmission is a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic.

The electric version e-Transporter is equipped with a rear motor with three power levels:
- 134 hp (100 kW)
- 215 hp (160 kW)
- 282 hp (210 kW)
In all versions of the electric vehicle, the torque is the same - 415 Nm.
Visually, the diesel version can be distinguished from the electric version by the inscriptions Transporter/e-Transporter on the rear side - the rest of the body is identical. Buyers can choose only 16-inch steel or alloy wheels.
In Germany, prices for the diesel DoKa start at €46,586 and reach €56,648 including VAT. Electric modifications are more expensive - from €62,128 to €66,316. For comparison, the VW Amarok with an internal combustion engine costs from €58,525 to €73,585.
