Renault is developing a new crossover less than four meters long. The Bridger concept gives an overall idea of the design of this car.

Despite its compact size, the concept features unusual proportions for the B-SUV segment. The ground clearance is 200 mm, and the wheels have a diameter of 18 inches. This makes the car look like a small urban SUV.

The front part is done in an angular and expressive style. The clean body surfaces and sharp lines transition into narrow headlights. At the rear, there is a feature rarely seen on city crossovers: a spare wheel on the tailgate.

Renault promises the new model a spacious interior. For second-row passengers, a knee space of about 200 mm is claimed — a figure that should be one of the best in the class. The trunk volume is 400 liters.

The concept is built on the new RGMP small platform — a modular architecture from Renault Group designed for compact cars in global markets. This platform allows for several types of powertrains. Depending on the region, the future crossover will be available with gasoline, hybrid, and fully electric versions.

The production version is being developed for international markets. The premiere is expected by the end of 2027. Initially, the car will appear in India, after which it will gradually appear in other countries.
