When it comes to true off-roading, all roads lead to Moab. This year, the Utah desert once again becomes the epicenter of events as the 60th anniversary Easter Jeep Safari kicks off. For the brand, it's a double celebration, as the company marks 85 years of its history. Instead of boring press releases, Jeep, along with the Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) division, traditionally rolled out several original concepts.
These cars are laboratories on wheels where engineers test the boldest ideas and new accessories that may later appear in Mopar catalogs.
From Military Aesthetics to Luxury Off-Roading
This year's innovations particularly highlight the Wrangler Anvil 715. It's a true overlanding manifesto, built for those planning to disappear off the radar for a few weeks. Beside it is the compact yet audacious BUZZCUT, proving that size doesn't matter when you have the right body geometry and "toothy" tires. For those accustomed to comfort even in the desert, the Grand Wagoneer Commander is presented. It combines luxury in the premium segment with the durability needed to conquer rocky climbs.
Easter Jeep Safari 2026
The retro lineup deserves special attention. The Wrangler Laredo recalls the golden age of 4x4, while the Cherokee XJ Pioneer concept takes us back to the origins of the legendary XJ body. It's a demonstration of how classic design can organically coexist with modern Jeep Performance Parts technology.
More Than Just a Show
Despite all the excitement around the machinery, Jeep emphasizes responsibility. The safari is not just about burning fuel and overcoming obstacles. Together with the Red Rock 4-Wheelers club and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), company employees participate in cleaning and restoring neglected routes. This is an important signal to the community: if we want to enjoy nature tomorrow, we need to care for it today.
Unfortunately, most of these concepts and specific accessories will remain exclusive to the US market. However, the stylish design and technical directions set in Moab will inevitably influence future series models that we will see in showrooms around the world.
