The 93rd Mechanized Brigade of the ‎Ukrainian Ground Forces showed what civilian equipment can be used in wartime.

The 93rd Mechanized Brigade began to develop new types of vehicles even before the Lend-Lease law was passed in the United States. This is the merit of volunteers and specialists who are ready to implement non-standard technical solutions.

The war showed that in addition to heavy armored vehicles, such vehicles as buggies, ATVs and amphibians are useful in some circumstances.

Such machines can be used by scouts. With amphibians and ATVs, you can quickly move between positions over difficult terrain, deliver ammunition, medicines, provisions and other consumables of small dimensions and weight.

“The challenges of the war prompted our combat units to modernize long before Lend-Lease. And now, thanks to volunteers and technical thought, we continue to introduce our own innovations. And at the same time, they are ready to master new weapons from Western countries,” - the brigade said.

The 93rd Mechanized Brigade is a formation of mechanized troops as part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is part of the Operational Command "East".

Currently, the 93rd Motorized Brigade is working in the Izyum direction of Donbass region in Eastern Ukraine.
