The Honda Fit RS differs from the regular Honda Fit in a slightly more evil design and different hybrid system settings.

The new version of the compact Honda Fit is introduced in Japan along with the new model year Basic, Home and Luxe standard trims. The Fit RS has an original bumper with wider grilles in black, the same color sills and a three-spoke steering wheel, behind which are the petals for controlling the intensity of energy recovery during braking.

Honda promises a more powerful hybrid setup with improved accelerator response. However, the exact specifications of the Honda Fit RS have not been announced. In the standard model, the total power of the system reaches 109 hp and 253 Nm of torque.

Unlike the all-wheel drive Crosstar modification, the new RS version of the Honda Fit will be available in Japan exclusively with front-wheel drive. Whether the model with the RS prefix will appear in the line of the European Jazz model is not yet known.
