Aimed at attracting a new wave of buyers interested in something "urban, rebellious and 100% electric," the Raval takes its name from a Barcelona district and will be manufactured in Martorell, Spain.
The design showcases a geometric look, complete with triangular-shaped headlights and angular air curtains. These elements are complemented by a large air intake and what seems to be carbon fiber detailing.

While the carbon fiber elements will likely be omitted in the production version, the overall body design is expected to remain consistent, featuring a balanced blend of smooth curves and crisp edges. It's also plausible that the exaggerated rear features, such as the large diffuser and ostentatious spoiler, will be dialed back.
With a length of 4,030 mm (158.7 inches), the Raval is 29 mm (1.1 inches) shorter than the Seat Ibiza. The vehicle is built on the MEB Small / Entry platform and comes with a front-positioned electric motor that generates 226 hp / 166 kW. According to Cupra, this will allow the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 6.9 seconds, and cover a distance of up to 440 km (273 miles) on a single charge.

Interestingly, these specs are nearly the same as the Volkswagen ID. 2all concept, which also boasts 226 hp / 166 kW and has a length of 4,050 mm (159.4 inches). The VW model can reach 100 km/h in just under seven seconds, has a maximum speed of 160 km/h (99 mph), and offers a range of about 450 km (280 miles) based on the WLTP cycle.
