Nissan Qashqai received a comprehensive update to stay competitive. This facelift includes numerous exterior and interior improvements along with technological enhancements aimed at retaining the vehicle's market appeal against its robust competitors.

Starting with its exterior, the Qashqai has narrower LED headlights and daytime running lights, paired with a larger trapezoidal radiator grille that not only boosts aesthetics but also resembles the features of the Ariya more closely. At the rear, designers have revised the taillights without altering the SUV’s well-known profile. The refresh includes new wheel designs ranging from 17 to 20 inches and a palette of 13 available colors, boasting three fresh options and custom elements like satin chrome and glossy black depending on variant choices.

Inside, despite unchanged external dimensions or wheelbase, Nissan made substantial updates. In terms of seating, different trims offer distinctive experiences; 'Tekna' models now feature fabric seats with satin chrome inserts while 'N-Design' variants sport a sleek leather-Alcantara mix. The 'Tekna+' models display a revamped seat design for enhanced comfort.

Technological advancements are considerable in this latest model. An upgraded Around View Monitor boasts four cameras improving visibility drastically with features such as a 200-degree front camera view and eight selectable angles including an innovative invisible hood mode that graphs wheel positioning directly on screen. Conveniences extend to driver assist systems which can be customized for deactivation according to user preference to reduce system intrusiveness—a noteworthy upgrade amid rising demand for personalized driving aids.

The infotainment system is now based on Google services and can be operated using voice control via “Hey Google”. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto work wirelessly. Nissan also offers the new “NissanConnect Services App” with remote control functions as a subscription.

Under the hood, powertrains from its predecessor carry over including two forms of a 1.3-liter Turbo gasoline engine—one standard outputting 140 hp and another offering 158 hp optionally paired with Xtronic automatic transmission or all-wheel drive setups. Additionally, an E-Power model features a 190 hp system. Electric drive combined with a gasoline engine as an on-board generator. Then only the front wheels are supplied with power via a continuously variable transmission.

While detailed pricing has not yet been released by Nissan, it is projected that costs may start higher than previous versions due primarily to increased base features in newer models beginning from higher-spec 'Acenta' trim levels.
