London Black Cab company LEVC has released the first images of the interior of its new luxury multi-purpose vehicle, the L380.

The L380 is built on Geely’s Space Oriented Architecture. It offers seating configurations of six or eight seats. The model displayed featured six large captain's chairs, emphasizing comfort in its second-row design.

The interior of the L380 features a large central infotainment display and a digital instrument cluster at the front. It includes ample storage with a large cubby below the infotainment system and a floating center console with a rotary controller. The second row provides luxury with reclining seats, adjustable footrests, individual entertainment screens, and panoramic glass panels for an airy feel enhanced by ambient lighting.

The L380 comes with battery options of 73 kWh or 120 kWh. It features a single electric motor that produces 268 horsepower. The flagship model boasts an impressive range of up to 695 kilometers (432 miles), ensuring it meets long-distance travel needs without frequent stops for recharging.

Brett Boydell, LEVC global chief design officer, says: “The L380 MPV, the first of a new wave of pure-electric LEVC products based on our SOA platform, truly breaks new ground, inspired by sectors such as luxury air travel and our international cultures, brought together by space-efficient and highly flexible cutting-edge technology, creating a high-level and luxurious atmosphere.”

The electric MPV will first launch in the Chinese market with other global markets to follow. Among the markets that will receive it is the UK, with a promise it’ll arrive locally within the next two years.
