The car maker's focusing on making the driving experience even better. They've tweaked the N Drift Optimizer, which now lets drivers choose from 10 levels of help. If you're feeling brave, you can pick the Pro mode. It turns down the stability control so you can drift more freely. But remember, this is for the race track only!
Hyundai's also added a neat feature called Downshift Memory. It's like having a smart assistant that remembers when you want to shift gears. When the car's ready, it'll make the shift happen automatically.
For those who miss the sound of a gas engine, there's good news. The N Active Sound+ system now kicks in automatically when you use launch control. It mimics the growl of a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, similar to what you'd hear in an Elantra N.
But it's not all about speed and drifting. Hyundai's added some practical features too. The car now has automatic high beams that won't blind other drivers, a system that locks the car when you walk away, and the ability to power external devices.
The new features include second-row safety windows and a steering wheel vibration warning. The latter begins to vibrate to warn the driver whenever the assist systems detect a hazard.
Despite all these new goodies, the 2025 Ioniq 5 N looks the same on the outside. In Korea, it'll cost about $57,600 after incentives.
