The microcar market (or quadricycles, to be precise) remains a niche, but this does not stop manufacturers from regularly updating their models. The updated Ligier Myli 2026 model is a light quadricycle that in some European countries, including Italy, can be driven by 14-year-olds with an AM category license. The novelty offers an atypical choice for today’s market between an electric powertrain and diesel.
Style for every taste: LAB and MAX
The Ligier Myli 2026 retains its compact dimensions: a length of only 2950 mm, a width of 1490 mm, and a height of 1540 mm. However, the manufacturer decided to clearly differentiate versions by character. The LAB configuration is aimed at young people who appreciate an aggressive look. Here we see the color "Nero Intenso," tinted rear glass, and a matte radiator grille. Standard are 13-inch carbon hubcaps, but for €599, you can order 16-inch ULTIMATE alloy wheels in matte black.
The MAX version is a more restrained and pragmatic option. It received 14-inch wheels and three body color options without an extra charge. Both versions look significantly more mature than their predecessors, gradually shedding the "toy car" image for teenagers.
Interior and cargo capacity
Inside, Ligier has taken a noticeable step forward in terms of ergonomics. In the LAB version, the focus is on gadgets: an integrated smartphone holder and the ability to install a 10-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support are provided.
Ligier Myli (2026)
The MAX version focuses on everyday convenience. It has electric windows, Bluetooth, and a hard luggage shelf. But the main advantage of the model is the FLEX-IT system. Thanks to the folding passenger seat, the cargo space volume can be increased to 1.2 m³. For a car less than three meters long, this is a significant indicator, allowing even bulky purchases to be transported.
Choice between volts and diesel fuel
Ligier remains one of the few brands that retains diesel engines in this segment. The basic electric version is equipped with a 6 kWh battery, which is enough for daily city trips. For those planning to go beyond the neighborhood, there is the L7e version with an 11 kWh battery. This modification can reach speeds of up to 75 km/h.
For internal combustion engine enthusiasts, the lineup still includes the REVO D+ diesel with a volume of 499 cc. Its power is 8 hp, and the torque is 27 Nm. The main advantage of this version is its autonomy. With a 17-liter tank, the microcar can travel up to 550 km on a single fill-up.
Prices and purchase conditions
Orders for the 2026 Ligier Myli are opening at the end of March. The starting price of the LAB electric version is €11,249, while the diesel variant will cost more – €12,849. The top MAX modification with an 11 kWh battery is priced at €15,999.
A special offer is valid for the launch period: the buyer receives a multimedia package worth €1,000 as a gift. The package includes a rear-view camera, subwoofer, and branded mats. Installment payments are also possible with a down payment of €5,000 and a monthly payment of €89 over four years.
