The latest addition to the Honda lineup in China, the Integra hatchback, boasts similar styling to the Honda Civic hatchback, but with a more distinct front design.

The Chinese-made Honda Integra, produced by GAG-Honda, is now available in both sedan and hatchback body styles and can be powered by either internal combustion engines or hybrid powertrains. This is different from the Acura Integra sold in the US, which is based on the Honda Civic and only offered as a five-door hatchback.

The Honda Integra was initially introduced in 2021 as an alternative to the Civic, produced by Dongfeng-Honda, and shared several similarities with its twin. This includes shared underpinnings, powertrains, and interiors, as well as most of the body panels. With the new Integra hatchback, the similarities are even more pronounced, apart from the front design that features elongated LED headlights and a sportier bumper.

The rear of the Integra hatchback closely resembles the Civic, with only minor modifications such as the black trim above the chrome dual tailpipes and a sportier rear bumper. This applies to the non-hybrid models as the hybrid e:HEV version has no visible tailpipes. Chinese buyers can choose from exclusive exterior colors like the yellow seen in photos, paired with a black roof.

The Integra hatchback measures 4,563 mm in length, 1,802 mm in width, 1,415 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,735 mm. It's 126 mm (5 inches) shorter than the sedan, but 14 mm (0.6 inches) longer than the Civic hatchback. The interior is expected to be carried over from the Civic.

The 240 Turbo model of the Integra hatchback is fitted with a turbocharged 1.5-liter VTEC four-cylinder engine that delivers 180 hp (134 kW / 182 PS) and 240 Nm (177 lb-ft) of torque, paired with either a six-speed manual or a CVT. The e:HEV version features a self-charging hybrid powertrain that combines a naturally-aspirated 2.0-liter engine and an electric motor.

GAG-Honda has begun taking pre-orders for the Integra hatchback, but pricing has not yet been disclosed. It is expected to be similarly priced to the four-door sedan, starting at ¥129,900 ($19,320) for the 240 Turbo and ¥163,900 ($24,377) for the e:HEV.
