Ford is introducing the all-new 2024 E-Tourneo Courier, a compact electric multi-activity vehicle designed to meet the needs of European markets. As the passenger version of the recently unveiled E-Transit Courier panel van, this fully electric MPV offers a city-friendly footprint and stylish SUV-inspired aesthetics.

Building upon the design cues of the E-Transit Courier, the E-Tourneo Courier presents a more rugged appearance, particularly in the Active trim. The Active variant boasts features like a contrast roof color, wheel arch moldings, roof bars, and unique seat fabrics, further enhancing its adventurous character. Additionally, the E-Tourneo Courier Active comes equipped with front and rear skid plates for added protection.

Inside the E-Tourneo Courier, passengers will find a modern and tech-forward cabin. It shares the same dashboard design as its sibling, the E-Transit Courier, featuring a "digiboard" instrument panel with a full digital cluster and SYNC 4 infotainment system controlled through a large 12-inch touchscreen. The vehicle offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration, a phone charging pad, and the convenience of over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

With its practicality in mind, the E-Tourneo Courier offers a 60-40 split rear bench and over 44 percent more trunk space compared to its predecessor, the Tourneo Courier. Passengers enjoy improved shoulder room, headroom, and various storage options, including a configurable center console, hidden boot cubby, and a 44-liter frunk.

The E-Tourneo Courier shares its electric powertrain with the E-Transit Courier, featuring a front-mounted 100-kilowatt (136-horsepower) electric motor. The selectable one-pedal driving mode, along with Normal, Eco, and Slippery drive modes, provides a versatile driving experience. While Ford has not disclosed the battery pack capacity, the vehicle supports both 11 kW AC and 100 kW DC charging. Customers can expect a typical overnight AC charge to take 5.7 hours from 10 to 100 percent, while a DC fast charger can provide an 80 percent charge in under 35 minutes, adding 87 kilometers (54 miles) of range in just 10 minutes.

Production of the all-electric E-Tourneo Courier is set to begin in the second half of 2024, and deliveries are expected in late 2024.
