Despite ending production of the CT6 in the United States in 2020, Cadillac recognizes the continued demand for large sedans equipped with combustion engines in China. Drawing inspiration from the stunning Escala concept showcased at the 2016 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, the 2024 CT6 showcases an elegant design amidst a sea of crossovers and SUVs. The second-generation model retains its proportions, measuring 5223 millimeters (205.6 inches) in length, 1890 mm (74.4 in) in width, and 1473 mm (58 in) in height.
As the flagship sedan in China, the 2024 Cadillac CT6 boasts an array of advanced technologies. In addition to the already familiar 33-inch screen, it comes equipped with features such as Super Cruise, Magnetic Ride Control (4.0), and a digital rearview mirror.

With a segment-leading wheelbase of 3109 mm (122.4 in), the new CT6 leverages an updated Omega platform, emphasizing its evolutionary nature rather than being an entirely new product. Powering the CT6 is a turbocharged 2.0-liter gasoline engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. A four-cylinder engine producing 233 horsepower.
Pricing for the 2024 CT6 starts at RMB 359,700 ($50,800) for the base model and goes up to RMB 469,700 ($66,300) for the flagship trim. Cadillac also offers a Renaissance Red interior option in addition to Jet Black and Whisper Beige. The opulent cabin showcases 26-color ambient lighting, AKG speakers, knurling textured and warm metallic accents, and open pore dark ash wood.
The new CT6 is set to hit the Chinese market later this year, alongside the GT4 and the revised XT4 models.
