When you can't just buy a Bronco Raptor, you make your own off-road Ford SUV with whatever you can get your hands on.

For any Americans looking at this rig like a confused puppy, other countries get a Ford SUV called the Everest. It's based on the same T6 platform as the Ford Ranger with turbodiesel engines and a two-speed transfer case, but it isn't available in the United States. Fans in Australia and Asia have long wondered what a Raptor version would be like, so a shop in Thailand decided to find out by building one. Sort of.

Shana E-sport, a shop located in Chon Buri, Thailand, took on the challenge of transforming a Ford Everest into a midsize Ford Raptor SUV.

The shop modified the Ford Everest to feature flared fenders and a wider track similar to the F-150 Raptor R. Additionally, the vehicle was given a lifted ride height, more aggressive all-terrain tires, a Raptor R front end, and adorned with plenty of decals. This modified SUV offers a glimpse of what a Raptor version of an SUV that isn't the Bronco could look like.

While the powertrain details of this particular build are not provided, the Ford Everest typically comes equipped with either a 2.0-liter, twin-turbocharged, four-cylinder diesel engine or an optional 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6. Both engine options are paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, and a two-speed transfer case. Consequently, the modified Everest retains its off-road capability despite being more of an appearance package rather than a true Raptor in terms of performance.

It's worth noting that Shana E-sport is not the only shop in Thailand that specializes in transforming various Ford models into Raptor lookalikes. Another shop focuses on modifying midsize Ranger pickups to resemble their full-size F-150 and Super Duty counterparts. Due to the limited availability of certain Ford trucks in Thailand, these shops cater to enthusiasts who desire a Raptor-like aesthetic beyond what the Ranger Raptor offers.
