The exterior of the car features a coat of Rosso Niro with accents of white and blue, along with black elements and visible carbon fiber. The interior is adorned with leather, featuring mismatched colors for the front seats, special Nino Farina branding, and a combination of blue, red, carbon fiber, and aluminum.
Only five units of the Battista Edizione Nino Farina will be built. Each car will have a special door plate commemorating a specific moment of Farina's life, making each car unique:
- Nino’s date and place of birth (1906 in Turin)
- First ever F1 pole position and race victory at the 1950 British Grand Prix
- Nino’s second victory in 1950 at the Swiss Grand Prix
- The third and final victory in 1950, at the Italian Grand Prix
- 1950 F1 world championship victory
The powertrain remains unchanged, with the Battista Edizione Nino Farina generating 1,900 horsepower (1,400 kW) and 2,340 Nm from a Rimac powertrain and a 120 kWh battery pack. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 1,86 seconds and has a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph). The car has a range of approximately 476 km (300 miles) on a full charge.

The price of the Battista Edizione Nino Farina is not mentioned, but considering the standard Battista costs $2.2 million, it is expected to be very expensive.
The car will make a public appearance at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
