Jeep will only produce 3,700 examples of the Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition SUV at a cost of nearly $100,000.

Jeep, as well as other brands of the Stellantis Group, is saying goodbye to V8 HEMI engines. The last vehicle with this engine will be Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition. The SUV will be produced in the quantity of 3700 units: 3300 units for the USA, 300 units for Canada, 100 units for the rest of the world. In the US, the price tag for the SUV will be $99,995.

Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition will receive Xtreme 35 package with 35-inch tyres BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 and increased to 295 mm ground clearance, as well as an expanded list of standard equipment. In particular, a winch Warn, reinforced protection of sills and a "kangarick".

The interior of such SUV is distinguished by Nappa leather, Mayan gold stitching and Tupelo accents. The medallion on the gearbox selector and a special plate on the boot door will tell about belonging to a special series. Mopar folding table and a tool kit of 83 items will be standard for the cars. Optionally it will be possible to order a compressor.

Under the bonnet of the Wrangler Rubicon 392 is a HEMI 6.4L engine that develops 481 horsepower and 637 Nm of torque. The V8 is mated to a TorqueFlite 8HP75 8-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The Rubicon 392 also has a functional Tri-Level Hydro-Guide air intake, a Torque Reserve function that creates a torque reserve when starting from two pedals, and an AMax gearshift algorithm that matches shift strategy to available traction. All together allows it to accelerate to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 4.5 seconds and cover a four-four mile (402 metre) stretch in 13 seconds.
