BMW abandons heated seat subscription due to low customer acceptance

Charging a recurring fee for heated seats isn't gaining traction at BMW. In a recent interview, Pieter Nota, BMW's board executive for sales and marketing, disclosed that the automaker will cease offering a subscription model for activating a car's heated seats post-production.
